1. Cancellation by the Student

  • Within 7 Days of Enrolment:
    • Students are eligible for a full refund if they cancel their enrollment within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase/enrollment, provided they have not accessed more than 10% of the course content (e.g., watched more than 10% of video lectures, completed more than 10% of assignments/quizzes).
    • To request a cancellation and refund, please send an email to admin@placedskills.com with your course enrollment details and the reason for cancellation.
  • After 7 Days or More Than 10% Course Access:
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after 7 calendar days from the date of purchase/enrollment, or if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed, whichever comes first.
    • In exceptional cases, such as medical emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, students may contact us at admin@placedskills.com to discuss their situation. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and the decision of PlacedSkills.com will be final.

2. Cancellation by PlacedSkills.com

  • In rare circumstances, PlacedSkills.com reserves the right to cancel a course due to unforeseen events, low enrollment, or other operational reasons.
  • If PlacedSkills.com cancels a course, enrolled students will be notified promptly and will receive a full refund of the course fee paid.

3. Refund Processing

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval of the refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during enrollment.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank’s policies.

4. Non-Refundable Items/Services

  • Any services or materials explicitly stated as non-refundable at the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
